New plain-language parses pause until credits reset at the start of the next billing month. Workflow runs you have already scheduled keep executing, and you can still edit or replay builds that have already parsed. Upgrade to a higher tier to raise the cap immediately.
No — monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary and do not accumulate. Annual plans still pay one lump sum, but the per-period allowance refreshes each month the subscription renews.
A seat is one signed-in user with editor or runner access to your workspace. View-only links for stakeholders (read-only results, dashboards) do not count. You can add or remove seats from the workspace settings page at any time — billing prorates to the day.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference for the remainder of the current period is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher limits until then.
The Free tier is the trial — every Pro feature can be evaluated on Free with smaller limits. If you outgrow Free during a quarter, upgrading takes a minute and the change is prorated back to your renewal date.
